The project is a significant four-story (Ground + 3 Floors) multi-purpose academic and administrative complex reaching a total roof apex height of approximately 15.26 meters from the ground level:

  • Ground Floor: Primarily features a large central Main Hall with an elevated stage, a supporting administrative office, peripheral verandahs, and internal water closet (WC) public toilets.

  • First Floor: Functions as the administrative core, housing the Headmaster's office, a secretary's desk, a bursar's office, dedicated storage rooms, multiple toilet stalls, a urinal, and three distinct classrooms.

  • Second Floor: Dedicated exclusively to academics, consisting of four expansive classrooms (Classrooms 1 through 4), an additional storage room, external balconies, and communal washrooms.

  • Third Floor: Designed as a residential or boarding wing, featuring large Dormitory spaces, separate toilet cubicles, a urinal, and multiple individual bathroom/shower stalls.

  • Roof Level: A complex, multi-sloped roof system built at a 30-degree pitch using galvanized corrugated iron (GCI) roofing sheets.
